Telluride is a different job from valley work and we would rather say so plainly. It is a long drive, the season is short, and at nearly nine thousand feet in a box canyon the weather decides the schedule more than we do.

So this is project work, booked in advance — not same-week service calls. Where we are genuinely useful is second homes and places that sit empty for months: somebody who will actually go look at it, catch the small failure before it becomes a burst line in an empty house, and handle the punch list between seasons.
