Most people looking after a house are managing two relationships they never asked for. Somebody for the yard. Somebody else for whatever broke inside. Neither one calls back the same day, and neither one knows anything about the other half of the property.
Top One is built to be both. The same crew that mows in July is the crew that hangs your ceiling fan in December, and that continuity is worth more than it sounds like — they already know the property, they're already coming out, and the drive is already paid for.
It also means small jobs are worth doing. A single sticking door isn't worth a special trip for most contractors, which is why nobody calls you back about it. When we're already there, it is.
How we work
Free estimates, always. A number in writing before anything starts. A scheduled day we actually show up on. And if a job turns out to be bigger than it should be for us — something that needs permits or a licensed trade — we say so before you've spent anything.
